Self-consumption beats selling to the grid
The economics of a rooftop plant are set by the price of the kilowatt-hour you stop buying.
On an industrial tariff, the unit price you pay, distribution charges and taxes included, is meaningfully higher than what surplus generation earns. So the best rooftop plant is the one that matches your demand curve.

We get to know the roof first
Before anything is installed we check the roof's load capacity, the remaining life of its membrane and its orientation.
Sheet metal, membrane and concrete roofs each get a different mounting system, so the load is carried by the existing structure and the roof stays intact. The plant's life and the roof's life have to match, and we establish that before anything goes up.

Production keeps running
Installation is phased around your shift pattern.
The items that genuinely require an outage (switchgear and the grid connection) are scheduled into planned shutdowns or weekends. What the work will cost you in operating time is put on the table at the start, as part of the project.

Roof and demand assessment
The roof's load capacity and orientation are assessed alongside the last twelve months of consumption data.

System design
The capacity that matches your own consumption, the equipment and the mounting system are selected, and generation is modelled.

Permits and approvals
The connection application is filed, the project file prepared and the approval process managed.

Installation
Work is phased around the plant's operating schedule, with anything requiring an outage moved into planned shutdowns.

Commissioning and maintenance
Testing and provisional acceptance, followed by remote monitoring and preventive maintenance.
